Fitness Instructor

In 2011, Tracy discovered the Zumba fitness programme and became a Zumba and Zumba Kids instructor. She then went on to complete her group exercise qualifications and became a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.

Tracy is a master trainer for ViBeatz, a new and exciting multi-level, pre-styled dance fitness class for all, training other fitness instructors and presenting at dance and fitness conventions throughout the UK.

Tracy is also featured on ‘Dance the Distance’ instructor videos for EMD UK.

Furthermore, Tracy teaches commercial and contemporary dance and musical theatre techniques, directing and choreographing many productions for various institutions such as Westminster Kingsway College, Stagecoach Theatre Arts, La Sainte Union, University of North London (London Metropolitan University), and Middlesex University.
